我知道投诉区不能多发一两个帖子，如果有人误杀了投诉区三个以上的帖子，那么他的账号就会被封或者不封。

Just simple, you can only open one post about your situation. If those are different cases, you can open other post. Be patient and Complaints Modertor, Super Moderator or Adminitrator will resolve problem for you.
