But u can try...
First Create Text file using Notepad
Then type ur bind key as respect to its function like - bind "B" "say /buy_solid".
& Then save this text flile with extension .cfg like -bind.cfg & then past this in ur csstike folder.. that's it now go to game open console & type exec bind.cfg
