I don\'t get concept of strafing and increasing speed.

Should i take small number of  larger strafes with large sync?

or large number of small strafes with small large sync?

In both i get very good sync 80 to 90 (sometimes more) .

See : good sync but only 244 lj

I ask many people about this and saw 1000 of lj tutorial videos.

Still cannot figure it out.

I have seen rockmanboss do upto 249 lj and more than  248 everytime with just 4 strafes and 85 to 95 sync.

Struggling for it since 2 years.
